  1. I’ve drifted off my topic, writing about Akira Tana, but it’s nice to learn more about Tanya Darby — what about a TanyaTana Project?

    In truth, I should first give more props to Rufus Reid and his work on The Elizabeth Catlett Project, and Catlett’s visual work; Tana produced that album — a Grammy nominee — while Tanya Darby plays on it. Dig? Ah, internet….
